At just 28, Ellen became Managing Director of Yuki, a leading accounting software company, making her one of the youngest leaders in the industry. Today, she represents the Norwegian Visma Group in Belgium, following Yuki’s acquisition in 2020. Ellen is committed to fostering leadership that supports growth, innovation and empowerment.

Nadia Aimé is a cybersecurity expert at Microsoft and the founder of The D.I.C.E Group a cybersecurity awareness training company. Her journey is nothing short of inspiring. She began her career as a cleaner, kitchen assistant, and office administrator before discovering the power of technology. Through her determination, she became a self-taught developer and eventually a cybersecurity expert. Her story is a testament to the incredible heights one can reach with perseverance and obsession for ones passion.
An Swalens is the CIO of the National Bank of Belgium (NBB) As CIO, An strongly invests in people, skills and culture and a close business-IT partnership. She leads the implementation of an ambitious cloud strategy. She is a member of the IT-Committee headed by ECB (Eurosystem). She’s also active as independent board member of athumi.
Between 2010 and 2019 she served as Director and CIO of Partena-Promeris, active in health services. She led the overarching IT organization and drove for synergy and value inside the Partena group. Prior to that, she served in international technical sales & management functions in IT companies (Proximus, Lucent/Nokia, EDS/HP).
